Plant Factory LED Lighting

Application requirements and fixture matching

Plant factories coordinate light with temperature, humidity, CO2, irrigation and crop scheduling. Lighting decisions therefore need to cover photon delivery, electrical load, heat removal, cleaning and automation together.

Common fixture formats and comparison points

Linear bars and modular fixtures support multi-tier production. Product comparison should include full spectral data, PPF/PPE, crop-plane maps, dimming behavior, network limits, ingress protection and replaceable components.

Include these details in the enquiry

  • Crop, growth stage and production objective
  • Canopy, greenhouse or rack dimensions and mounting height
  • Target PPFD/DLI, photoperiod and control zones
  • Voltage, environment, destination market and expected quantity

From sample to project supply

Provide rack geometry, crop plan, photoperiod, target DLI, voltage and control architecture. We can match manufacturing platforms and coordinate samples, zoning details and commercial supply.

A project response can combine candidate form factors, configuration choices, model-level documents, sample terms, OEM/ODM scope, production milestones and delivery planning for a consistent comparison.

Application Installation

From pilot line to production supply

Document the pilot line as a repeatable lighting unit: rack geometry, illuminated tray area, light schedule, driver location and controller interface. This gives the purchasing team a defined arrangement to price, test and expand instead of comparing isolated fixture prices.

For production procurement, request a room-by-room equipment schedule and separate the luminaire, power, control and installation accessories. Note spare-part requirements and the order in which rooms will be commissioned. Consistent model identifiers and cable schedules make phased installation easier to manage.
